Seinfeld, 9/25: Repackaged or remastered?

I assume that the DVDs are merely being repackaged in a slim case. Otherwise, there would be BDs, too. But has anyone heard for sure?

Repackaging.

If it was remastered on re-released as some kind of SE, they'd be promoting the hell out of it and we'd hear more about it.

I have all of Seinfeld in the re-packaged slim cases, except for season 4 (volume 3). It isn't available anywhere. Why would they not repackage one season?
