GLADIATOR - 2 DISC DEFINITIVE EDITION Blu-Ray Question

I have found the GLADIATOR - 2 DISC DEFINITIVE EDITION on Blu-Ray in a metal slipcase, but I'm hesitating in buying it because I'm worried it might be the old outdated master that has a poor transfer. So which version of Gladaior on blu-ray is this? the old Sapphire Edition or is it the newer, superior remastered edition?

here is the link to the actual edition itself - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/GLADIATOR...item20c3f13d17

Sorry, don't have the answer but either the International or HD forum might've been a better place for the question.
