i saw a brand new listing on ebay for 70 dvds for $45USD $20 Shipping

i asked the guy if he would take $39.90 and he said yes

some of the dvds are he had way to many to list

i asked him what are the dvd like scratched ect he said there all 98% like new just before he put the listing up he took all the dvd out of the original case and put them in one of those cd folders to save on shipping

Yeah, a CD folder is much lighter for shipping compared to DVD cases. Stolen.

Sounds like someone was cleaning out their 'shitty movies I'll never watch again' pile. I think you paid $39.00 too much.

It depends on what you got for $39.90 (+$20) and what condition they're in. Of the DVDs you listed in your initial post I didn't see any of them I would actually like to own ~or~ watch. If you like all the movies you got and they're in in like new condition, then you got a deal at roughly 86¢ each. I wouldn't have bought them for several reasons: They don't come in their original cases, DVDs in albums/folders usually mean scuffs from sliding in/out of the sleeves, there probably would have been 5 (if that) out of the 70 that I actually wanted and/or didn't already have, and for all you know they could've been stolen (guess that doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things unless you have a conscience). But to each their own, if you actually wanted all the DVDs you bought and it doesn't matter to you they're in sleeves/could be ex-rentals/could be stolen (you only have his word they're not), then good deal! -kd5-
