Wire Complete Series Packaging Question
The Wire Complete Series is the deal of the day on Amazon today (8/24/11). I see there are some issues with packaging, but that looks like (possibly) an older release? Does anyone have the Wire Complete Series and care to comment on the packaging? I'm already sold on buying the show itself, but I don't want to get it if I'm going to have to deal with a bunch of scratched discs. Thanks in advance.

It looks like the set I have; the end comes off the box, and the 5 seasons are in individual cardboard folders. The discs slide into a circular holder on each page of the foldout. There is a chance you could scratch the discs, definitely, but I haven't had any problems. At that price, I'd go for it.
