I'm a student from Poland currently writing my MA thesis on The Simpsons Movie. I am looking for native speakers of English from the USA or Canada who would like to take part in a questionnaire research concerning the reception of the humorous elements in the movie.
To fill in the questionnaire you must have access to the original language version of the film. The whole thing will not take longer than 20-25 minutes

I didn't see it until we got the DVD for Christmas and haven't watched it again since, but I did enjoy it.

I will ask you to watch 4 scenes from the film and to fill in a qustionnaire assessing their funniness.
I can send you the questionnaire via e-mail (I can't post the link to download it here cause I'm a new member... ).


PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU START!

The scenes I will ask you to watch are the following:
1. The opening credits and Green Day concert (It's chapter 2 of the DVD and it
starts at 02:17)
2. the scene in church which follows it finishes with Homer opening the
window for Grampa)
4. the scene in the White House (chapter 10 of the original DVD, starts at
24:42 and finishes at 25:54).

The whole thing takes about 15-20 minutes.
