Music changes listings
Is there anywhere that has every music change (it would mostly be TV series) from television/theater to DVD/BluRay?
Or a place that has all changes made to shows/movies from its original version?
I hate that they release series with changed music, cut scenes because of music, or just edited in general. It would be nice if there was a place that kept track of these things. I have to track down torrents of original aired series.

Re: Music changes listings
I highly doubt you'll find a single source listing every single music change/alteration for home video.
Besides being a massive undertaking, it's practically impossible to have such a database be 100% accurate and up-to-date. I'm sure there are more that at least a few such changes that aren't even reported about, because no one noticed, changes slight, etc. plus the fact that there are shows that have changes made to them with no reference on the box, and some that are unedited but whose box carries the "changes have been made" disclaimer.
Yes, it would be nice to have a single source listing every single change, but I doubt we're likely to see one.

Re: Music changes listings
This thread is a great idea!
I bought the dvd LOVE AT FIRST BITE and it had removed the song "I LOVE THE NIGHT LIFE".
That ruined the whole scene in the movie.
So don't buy that dvd.

TVSHOWSONDVD.COM has an alteration list for TV releases. It might not be complete but it does notate music changes as well as other types (i.e. syndication version vs original full-length version)

Re: Music changes listings
The TVshowsOnDVD list is a bit out-of-date because the webmasters decided to disallow submissions to it, due to people listing either really nit-picky things (like whether original end-boards, etc were on episodes) to total inaccuracies. Since there was no easy way to 'police' it, they stopped allowing updates, but let it remain on the site.
