Echo Bridge to Re-Release Full Moon Titles
Echo Bridge Home entertainment will be releasing some of the Full Moon entertainment titles on 10/15/10. No specs have been announced but but the price it looks like they might just be full screen transfers. A Trancers 1 - 3 (Triple Feature) disc will also be released on the same day.

I'd be down to pick up the Trancers DVD's if they were dirt cheap.

They could very well be widescreen. This same company re-released Little Nemo: Adventures In Slumberland and the original Prom Night, both of which were in widescreen. They've also put out some Asylum titles and I know at least one of them is in widescreen.

i believe ALL the Asylum DVDs are WS. Most of them are on BR too and have pretty decent 1080p transfers so i would gladly welcome cheap Full Moon films on BR

I have the Trancers collection, but wouldn't mind cheap re-releases of the Puppet Masters. Seems odd timing with PM1 just hitting Blu-ray. Are these legit releases?

I think I'll just stick with the original Full Moon releases, aside from the atrocious covers they are probably the exact same transfer/feature set.

Wow, the Demonic Toys/Dollman/Dollman vs Demonic Toys is only 10.50 on Amazon, I'm glad I never got the $40 set from Full Moon

Really enjoyed Trancers and would like to own them all, but I will hold out indefinitely for proper releases.

Also their cover art for Puppet Master 3 is actually the art from Puppet Master 2 that somebody ran through PS.
Torch isn't even in part 3.

I'll have to get the Subspecies set, I've been waiting forever for that. It always was out of reach to buy
looks like that's going to change for me on nov 9. It's about time, always wanted them but just couldn't manage to get them. I'm happy about that.
Nov 9th might be a killer for the wallet.

I wish they were getting Blu-Ray release too. If Echo Bridge can release the Asylum stuff on Blu why not Full Moon

Re: Echo Bridge to Re-Release Full Moon Titles
Most of the older FM transfers looked like tape masters anyway, so I'm betting the Echo Bridge releases will at least look as good. Now I'm thinking I should have held off on getting Meridian for $7 from the July 4th sale, but I do love the cover art. I wonder if the Videozones segments will be included?

Nice to see the Subspecies series added to be released by Echo Bridge.

This explains why Full Moon has been holding sales for a while: they either want to clear their stock, or the Echo Bridge release is Paramount or whomever getting the final word. If they're widescreen, I'm game.

Re: Echo Bridge to Re-Release Full Moon Titles
Managed to find the Echo Bridge Puppet Master triple feature pack for $5 at Walmart shoved in the $5 bin (seemed like the sole copy). Discussed in Walmart bargains thread. Seems like a steal...
I'll post about the quality shortly.
