That's like 5 reviews in one. Fuck that, I'm not reading all of it.

Ok, I did. Sigh.

I had a lot to say!

I'm curious to hear what you thought (aside from the fact that it's really, really long). I've gotten surprisingly little feedback.

You pretty much pegged everything that was wrong about the Season. I felt it was certainly better then the shortened Season 2 we got, and a bit stronger then Season 3, but it bled to many viewers for Season 4 to ever be a ratings hit (just like The O.C. - except S4 of that show was pretty terrific).

I did enjoy your remarks on Peter talking to the deaf girl when it's clear she could not hear him from behind her. Characters were just a fucking mess. Suresh was promised to be a 'big' player later in the Season, and I think he showed up for like two episodes? Tracey was useless, Parkamn, Hiro was fucking terrible, Ando was hardly seen (and matching him up with Hiro's sister - WTF?!?).

I'd still like a nice 4-6 episode wrap-up of some sort. I think the new volume could have been pretty good.

Adam, your review was excellent. It was also more entertaining than the show itself. However, you should put a spoiler warning in there about the final scenes of the season.

Didn't we think the same after season 1? Season 2? Season 3?

Let it go man, just let it go.

Well...yeah, but I think having them 'exposed' could have been pretty interesting. Some could have been real superhero-like people, and some could still be villains. I'm just a sucker for torture. Its hard for me to give up a show.

Believe me, whatever wrapup they come up with with be X hours of navel gazing followed by an eclipse that permanently takes away their powers. The end.
