Just happened to glance at an email from Amazon in my inbox and they linked to a Date Night pre-order page, which has cover art that includes a sticker boasting an Extended Edition, featuring "More Hilarious Scenes & Outrageous Outtakes Not Shown in Theaters":

I never got around to seeing this, but I'll definitely rent it. There's a post in the DVD Talk New-To-DVD Theatrical Release and Discussion Thread that says that August 10th will be release date. It hasn't been officially announced yet, so that could change.
