Thoughts on the $149.99 tag on the new G.I. Joe Collector's set. I really, really want it but I know that if I get it Tuesday, it will be 100 bucks in 8 weeks.

Do you think the price will be lower soon?

I haven't been waiting years for it to be released, had mine since July!
The $149.99 price tag isn't even as good as buying it from Shout directly, as they are only charging $145 with free shipping....

Yeh, I am just trying to figure out if the set contains every Rhino episode. I am glad I sold all my old sets on eBay months ago.

I used the Borders 40% off coupon a few weeks ago and preordered it. The delivered price was well below the street price that Best Buy will have it. Unforunately it will not be here for another week..

How do you get the Border 40% and what was the regular price.

I have a $100 promo code from Amazon burning a hold in my pocket though and I think we see Amazon's price at or around $120 very soon.

The 40% off Border's coupon expired a week ago. They do have a 30% off coupon that just arrived in my email. The list price is $169.99.

My understanding is that all the original sunbow episodes will be on this set. The same episodes that were put out by Rhino before. DiC made some episodes some time later, but those dont seem to be available yet.

So this box set is from the boxed sets that were released in the past 6-8 years? I thought the boxed set had the missing season.

It should. apparently rhino lost the rights before they were able to release the last set. So it shoudl be all the original seasons, minus the later dic seasons.

All the stores up here seem to have it at C$119.xx as 'regular price'. If it gets under $100 like the TF one did here at Costco, I might need to grab it.
