Hudson Street DVDs are bootlegs
How in the hell is this company allowed to sell their products? This company produces low quality bootleg DVDs of concerts from artist like Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Radiohead and U2. U2's label took them to court and made them pull the DVD from stores and stop distributing it. Still, retailers sell the rest like if they were legal DVDs. Here are some of the examples:

Looks like the same people behind Beverly-Wilshire, which put out the notoriously awful "I Want My DVD" music video compilations- they're all low-quality mono that look like they were cut from an off-air recording in the 80s of some syndicated music show. When I worked at Tower people would order these discs then usually return them because the quality was awful. The ones with "5.1 Surround Sound" on the cover are really just 2-channel mixes run through a simulator, I've even seen some that say "WIDESCREEN" on the cover when they're really 4x3 and shot on video a long time ago. They've put out a few movies too, and some are on DVD-Rs and the covers are printed on a consumer printer.

I saw the Michael Jackson one in store a few days ago and it totally resembled a bootleg right down to the cheap looking inkjet printer cover. I noticed spelling errors on the backside as well.

Same thing with the Michael Jackson one, It has pictures of History era MJ. But the content is actually from the first leg of the Bad Tour.
Sad thing is, even though this is a bootleg. It's the only way anyone (in a store at least) can get a hold of a copy of the Bad Tour. For some reason Sony (even when MJ was alive) never released what most consider the ultimate MJ live concert (the second leg). Hopefully the vaults will be raided and remastered so all this bootlegging will finally stop.
