I just noticed they have re-issued these two movies as a double-pack from Alliance Video in Canada.
I noticed they are both bare-bones, 1.78:1 (instead of 2.40:1) with 2.0 surround instead of 5.1.
It's disappointing to see films being cropped to the "new" full screen ratio of 1.78:1.
Why couldn't they just use the previous DVD release for the two-pack? It's already authored and ready to go and doesn't cost any extra money to produce unless the two-pack films are on single-layer DVDs which would make them cheaper to produce.
