thirtysomething on DVD 8/25/09!!
My dream DVD series may finally come true. TVshowsonDVD.com is reporting that Shout! Factory is going to release the first season on August 25 -- with music intact! Other seasons to release in 6 month intervals!

YES! Best news I've heard all day. This show has been at the top of my wish list for a long time. Now maybe I won't have to transfer all those VHS-taped episodes after all. 
Hope all the music is indeed intact. I can't imagine the "I'll Be Home for Christmas" episode without Joni Mitchell's "River."

I have never seen this series so I am looking forward to it...since the show runners have had other great shows out there.

Oh, my gosh -- the BEST NEWS on a day when I certainly needed some. My most-wanted series ever! I joined the series a bit late on its original airing and never saw all of Season 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, Joy!
