You're out of luck. It's out of print and it seems no online vendors have it anymore. I'm out of luck too.
You should try Disk Union in Shinjuku, they have an import DVD section and you may luck out.

This wave had pretty small print runs, both Dr. Syn and Donald Duck Vol 4 sold out faster than I expected. I managed to find the latter at a B&M store luckily, after I missed out on it at Amazon, etc.
