WMV DRM license problem

Hi everybody! I'm having an issue with the portable digital copy that came with The Dark Knight and would sure appreciate any help.

I bought The Dark Knight when it came out and was able to copy the wmv digital copy to my portable device (Creative Zen) and watch it. But then a couple weeks ago I deleted it off of there to make space and now can't re-copy it. I can still watch the file on my PC so it has some kind of license, but when I go to copy it to my Zen it says "the file is protected with a digital license" and won't copy.

I've tried contacting Warner Bros (from their digital copy site) for help twice, but even though they say they return questions within 2 business days, they don't.

Has anyone else had a problem like this or know how to fix it? It seems ridiculous that once I had successfully put it on my player I HAD to keep it there or lose it.

Thanks!

I know there is number you can call to solve this issue, but I can't seem to find it.. Still, studios have been a pain in the ass with the digital copies licenses.

I knew these burdensome DRM issues would quickly come up with these "digital copies." I LOL at the ads bragging about this bonus feature, because to me its like saying FREE TURD INCLUDED.

Yeah, DRM is ridiculous when you have people that want to work within the system and end up getting screwed by it. I just gave up on it and can pretty much guarantee that I will never spend money on digital copies of this sort. It's no wonder they bundle them with the DVDs...it's the only way they'll sell.

I assume that with WMV Digital Copies, if you get a new computer, you're SOL? I got a new computer a couple weeks ago and forgot about my digital copies. I don't have a problem with iTunes copies because I just authorized my new comp and they work fine now. But WMV copies don't work. I assume there is no way to get them to work either? If not, I'd like to know so I can clean some of the room off my external hard drive.
