Nowhere on that page does it say it's in 3D

I posted that link because it's the cheapest price I've seen. The official title is listed as: Friday The 13th: Part 3: 3D Deluxe Edition. That would be a strange title for a 2D version.

I also don't see any mention of it actually being in 3D (even in the title). For me, the title shows "Friday The 13th Part 3 (Deluxe Edition)"

As stated, no mention of 3D -- cautiously optimistic though.

It does not say that, it says Friday the 13th Part 3 (Deluxe Edition)

I'll believe it when I'm actually holding it in my hands. Paramount is terrible with their releases.

I do own a bootleg 3D dvd that I picked up off of ebay, though, so that ties me over until Paramount gets their act together and makes an official release.

What the guy is saying is that's what the news sites are reporting it as being titled. He just threw the Amazon link in there since it's the cheapest for pre-order.

Amityville 3-D was release with that title but wasn't actually in 3-D. Just saying.

New Line originally had the recent 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' with 3D as part of the title, but dropped it because alot of the screens would not be featuring it as such - "false advertising"

Like REDBOX couldn't rent out the 3-D glasses so maybe that's why they left the 3-D of the package. But if you buy it maybe the glasses come with it.

The link now says it includes 4 pairs of 3d glasses.

This is my favorite Friday. I have a bootleg in #d which hurts me ehad to watch so I will double dip this one.

Meh, it'll still probably be the old red/blue 3D.

If that's the case, I'll just stick with my bootleg.

I agree, but I'll probably get it anyway for the special features.

Me too. Gotta be in Real Field Sequential 3D or not at all.

That's completely fucked- they could do field-sequential 25 years ago on the defunct Japanese VHD format, but they can't do it NOW on DVD and have to use the shitty red/blue format that doesn't even work??? Fuck them, I'm gonna get my own VHD player just to spite them.

I'd have to see the special features first, ya know?

Wow, I remember seeing this in the theater when I was 11. Might have to pick this up.
