Will we ever get the Eyes Wide Shut lost commentary track?
Sydney Pollack's passing a few months ago got me thinking again about how there was supposed to be a commentary track on the new edition of Eyes Wide Shut with him and a historian (Peter Loewenberg). After advertising it for months, it was left off the disc with no explanation.
Does anyone know if this track was actually recorded, and if so, does anyone know why it was removed from the disc? Any chance it has been leaked online or anything? I've been Googling it and can find no information about it. |
Hadn't heard of this before, but it would definitely be something I'd want - let's hope it surfaces!

Urban legend. It doesn't exist.

i think Kubrick might be a little tied up also...since he is dead.

This should be a poll.
|
A. - Kubrick and Pollack did the commentary before they died.
B. - They are just "mostly" dead and still working on it. C. - Twikoff should do the commentary. |
