Artwork up 1 and 2 disc and Blu-ray. Like the title to featurette 'Blowing Shit Up'. I'll be getting this.

Awesome. Can't wait to see what's new in the DC. I'll probably get the BR since I'm planning on getting a player very shortly.

The Director's Cut cover is awesome. That would make a great SteelBook.

Indeed it would. Haven't seen this yet, but whether I see it before release or not, I'm betting I'll be picking this up.

Has anyone tried taking the stickers off the slipcover? Are they the kind that come off easily or the kind that are gonna rip the packaging?

It's not a sticker - it's more of an iron-on patch. And mine just fell off on it's own. It's had two little boogers holding it in place, and they peeled right off no problem.

Yeah the little face sticker was easy. I had more trouble with the damn pricetag/security sticker the store put on. Fortunately with careful peeling I got it off too.

I saw this at the $theather, and had a few chuckles. It's rewatch potential is low.

I was going to pick up from CC until someone over at the DVD Bargains forum saved me the trip. Their exclusive content is just a link on the DVD that takes you here: http://www.tropicthunder.com/ccosiris

So I went ahead and ordered it from DD. Hope it arrives in time for Thanksgiving weekend.

I rewatched it in theatres and thought it was better each time, so to each their own... definitely worth owning IMO. People who don't like Tropic Thunder are probably too busy farting in bathtubs, laughing their asses off :P

I think being more of a knowledgeable cinema enthusiast makes you appreciate it more. I mean I loved it, all the allusions to certain production issues and people. I found it hilarious.

Yep. I've watched it twice so far and haven't even gotten to the commentaries.

Especially fun when you notice new things the second time. Like the young hip-hop dude holding his rifle sideways when he come scharging out of a hut.
