Defective Disc question

Hey everyone,
I had bought Entourage Season 2 almost a year ago and just got around to watching it. And disc 2 is unreadable. I have tried it in 3 differnt DVD players and nothing. I would like to return it to the store but I don't have a receipt and the package is open. Any advice?

Consult the rerturn policies of the store. Also if you paid by credit card they may be able to look up the purchase with the card.

All you have to do is get in touch with the studio that released the DVD and I'm sure they'll send you a replacement disk. I just had to do this with The Pianist. I'd bought it a couple years ago, just opened it to watch it a few weeks ago and it froze up near the end. Contacted Universal and then sent out a prepaid envelope to send in the defective disk and will send out a replacement once they receive it.
