I don't want to discuss The Dark Knight in a thread from 2005 titled "hay guys when dos Batman Begins 2 come out??!!"
No big deal. Whatever.

Yeah, personally, I think it would be nice if old threads were just deleted altogether. A few admins should look over some threads and just delete the fuckers. Search doesn't help much.

I checked on ezy dvd.com, a site in Australia, and there will be a collectors (box) and limited (head) set of season 11 coming out on November 5th and the limited set is the Krusty head.. Thought you'd all like to know as the tvshowsondvd article doesnt say anything about that, so FOX are still going with the head sets..

Weird they're still sticking with the heads. I figured they would have changed it up again, like this time using buildings laid out vertically (Moe's Tavern, Simpsons house, elementary school, etc.) or a giant map of Springfield that will be complete after collecting all 5 seasons.
I stopped after S9, but I'm always interested in what the packaging will look like.

Still, glad to know this is coming.

i personally don't like it, maybe they would have gone more creative like the head concept, but i think too many people bitched about it and they said, we'll just give them some plain shitty boxart to keep them happy. i mean, people bitched enough for them to mail out replacement packages for season 6 and had 2 different options for 7-10. probably figured, keep it simple and people won't complain. if they had drastically changed the boxsets for seasons 11-15 people would have probably complained that they weren't uniform with their 1-10 boxes. just my .02

That is a terrible cover. Then again, that is a terrible season. The death of Maude Flanders was a pretty ridiculous moment - this was the shark-jumping point where Homer started being portrayed as a total jerk.

EDIT: Oh i'am way too stupid. I just took a proper look of the cover and it has a huge patern in the shape of an 11.

Season 10 was it for me. Even though, VERY hit or miss. That marked its downward spiral.
I'm still buying this since I'm a completist, but eh. I'm not as excited for the releases like I was for the earlier seasons.
