Steebo, I just looked at the post of your renovation. Looks great! I have a similar basement room with drop ceiling and paneled walls that I keep wondering what to do with. It won't be as elaborate as yours, but you have given me inspiration. Thanks for posting!

@ lovgun7's pics. Man, what an absolute garbage can of a room. They could do an episode of Worlds Dirtiest Jobs cleaning that sty. I do give you props, though, for being brave enough to post those pics (and without shame apparently, lol). Thanks for the laugh!

It's the ubiquitous Ikea "Poang" chair. You can get it in just about any color combination you can think of.

thematahara - Where did you get your couch from? Were the fabric seat cushions optional since the rest is leather?
Fielding Mellish - Are those Ikea shelves or something else?

They're largely made up of generic Office Depot shelving units, housed in a custom built riser and cornice unit.
(BTW, I love your "minimalist" setup, lovgun!)

Re: Post pics of your DVD collection and HT, Part 12
I have a question to some of the posters...
What do you recommend for shelving? I was thinking about getting another Best Buy rack ($138 holds up to 1080 DVD's) but I really don't like those. I prefer the CD World shelf I got a few years back, but have not found them anywhere.
I basically need one more shelf, so any suggestions are welcome.*
*If pictures of my shelves are need I will gladly post a few.
Thanks

Fielding Mellish I haven't ever posted in this thread, but I feel compelled to because that's the best home theatre setup I've ever seen
(outside of when my friend used to run 35mm of course )

Re: Post pics of your DVD collection and HT, Part 12
It's only the same picture in each post because its the same url each time. unlike others who post a new url each time they take a new pic mine stays the same. so every time i post an updated picture it will show up as the new picture in old posts as well. my two choices would be to use a new url each time and have my old posts show up as broken pictures like others do, or i can go back and look through each page and delete my old posts. it just saves me time to use the same url.
