If we are counting Happiness, High Tension, Mysterious Skin, Requiem for a Dream, Evil Dead, and Robocop, then I have all of those, as well as Man Bites Dog, Bad Lieutenant, and The Dreamers.

But I find this concept pretty pointless, as many of the most disturbing/gory/sexual/generally fucked up movies are put on DVD as UNRATED.

According to DVDspot, these are NC-17:

Bad Lieutenant (1992)
Bent (1997)
The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover (1989)
Crash (1996)
The Dreamers (2003)
Henry & June (1990)
Lust, Caution (2007)
Man Bites Dog (1992)
Showgirls (1995)
Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down! (1990)

And from the Almodovar set:

Matador
Law of Desire
Bad Education

Well, collecting movies is pointless, but I'm just asking who has NC-17 titles. Notice I'm not asking for movie collectors to pull out the most nasty movie they have. I'm just asking for NC-17 titles because I'm curious how many people have on average.

We can certainly create an Unrated thread.

I think it's totally fine to draw the distinction between NC-17 and unrated. And if an unrated thread is started, I think a distinction between movies released theatrically unrated and unrated DTV or unrated because of extra DVD-only footage is worth making.

Lust, Caution. It's my only one. I'm kinda surprised. I guess I'd count the Evil Dead as well but I sold it after watching it for the first time... it terrified me far too much. Now the Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness? I could watch those over and over.

In the Realm of the Senses
Arabian Nights
Canterbury Tales
High Tension
Mysterious Skin

and dozen's more, that if submitted to the MPAA would have been branded NC-17 (and no, not plotless hardcore porn)

My DVD collection is as familiy friendly as this forum.

Edited to add: My Elite version of Evil Dead is listed as "unrated".

Blockbuster can suck on these:

Bad Lieutenant (on laserdisc, with the original music)
Showgirls
Orgazmo
Inside Deep Throat (though to be nit-picky, this was shot on video and the DVD is from the video master, not a film print)
Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls (don't think it was ever released theatrically as NC-17, maybe X)

Scarface was always rated R.

I guess just two ShowGirls and RoboCop.

But these should be?:
Masaki Kobayashi-Harakiri
Kihachi Okamoto-The Sword Of Doom
