[Shakes head at how any studio can still release P&S DVDs in this day and age...]By the way, is there any way to tell definitively which ones are losing the Anamorphic transfers, if I wanted to grab any of the older versions?

Anybody know what happened to that SD rerelease of Bridge on the River Kwai? MMM is showing it as cancelled, with only the BR still scheduled for next month. The available sd releases are drying up on Amazon, but mmm still shows the single disc and 2-disc releases as out.

This is quick and dirty, but these are the titles that Image's site shows as being Pan & Scan (some were Pan & Scan only originally as well).

I hope Paramount discontinuing the new editions of Friday the 13th doesn't mean they're going stupid like Warner did Batman. Pissed me off to no end when the special editions of Batman got discontinued while the old double-sided snapper releases kept getting stocked everywhere...AND repackaged in keepcases! That made no sense whatsoever.
