I picked this up (Steelbook version), but was surprised to find that there was no paper insert inside the case other than the $3 off coupon and the bonus guide that doesn't fit inside the case. Did anyone else have a paper insert inside their case?

This is one of the few times I almost decided against buying the steelbook version because I felt the 2 disc slipcover was so much cooler and better looking. So, I had no other choice but to buy both and gift the copy w/o the slipcover to one of my family members.
Also, I only wish the blu-ray version was released in a steelbook.

Found this on the High-Def Forums:
The Japanese track is on the US Blu-Ray, but you can't pick it from the menu or with the remote. To access the Japanese track go to the settings menu on your player, and change the menu language to Japanese. When you start up the Gotham Knight disc you'll notice that all the menus are now in Japanese. Just use your remote to pick the language and subtitle tracks you want. The only English subtitle track is for the deaf and hard of hearing, so sound effects get subbed as well. I tried it on my US PS3 and it worked fine, I assume it will work the same way on standalone players.

I just finished watching it, and I don't understand why some of the reviews said it was bad or boring. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The animation was awesome, and I wish I could see more Batman in this type of animated film(s). Thought there were some nice nods to Batman Begins and saw some future material for The Dark Knight or any other Nolan Batman films. Also liked them working in some classic Batman characters into the episodes. Overall, I'm glad I purchased it and am looking forward to the movie even more next Friday.
Also, does anyone have any decent pictures of the slipcover version? I had a family member pick up the steelbook because I worked today and wasn't gonna be able to go over there. If it looks as cool as everyone says, I might have to double-dip.

My store had quite a few copies in the Dark Knight display, but the new release shelf was picked over.

I loved the stories and Kevin Conroy (along with Burton, Newburger and Friedle) was excellent as always.
