Wonder how they're gonna fit the entire hall of fame ceromony on one disc? I read it went over 4 and a half hours. The Rock was on for about an hour and a half, and Flair spoke for at least an hour.

Maybe the Blu-ray version will be uncut and the complete 4 and half hrs. |
Maybe they will put flairs induction speech on his forthcoming dvd.
|
..and the ENTIRE end of this week's RAW. :fc: As seen in this week's thread, they WERE shooting...
|
My package from TNA came today. After the brokerage fees and taxes, the shipping for the three DVDs came out to about $50.00. At least it was fast.
I got Global Impact, Sacrifice 2007, and Best of The Bloodiest Brawls 2003... |
Wow, I'm watching Global Impact right now. This DVD is a must have for any wrestling fan. Regardless how you feel about TNA, this DVD is fantastic...
|
I have a quick question and if anyone can answer it I'd really appreciate the help. I'm trying to collect all of the TNA PPV DVDs and as everyone here surely knows many of the old ones were released on the TNA Shop site only. Well, I can't seem to find Victory Road 2006 anywhere. I've tried the official site, I've tried amazon and I've tried ebay. Is this DVD supposed to be hard to find? Is it out of print? Any info is welcome. Thanks all.

Along the lines of TNA, does anybody know where I can find a complete list of all dvds made?
I have one for WWE and I have created a sort of checklist, now I am just interested in the TNA ones. |

Im pretty sure being a regular visitor in this thread you know there are those who collects "Wrestling DVD Exclusive Offers". And given this is the 4th installment of the Bestbuy/Topps/Genius/WWE collectible series, Im pretty sure there are lurking collectors here who follows it.
As far as if it was me who declare it was rare, my best advise to you is reach and call Bestbuy.. They will answer your inquiry. And lastly I dont see the logic here... Am I a strong influence in you not to spend $20 for a WWE Exclusive (given you have several copies at your nearby Bestbuy) or you are just against my post? Yours is almost believable until you posted that you were selling in ebay? I just doesnt make sense..

I mean, really, I'm not gonna go and spend $20 on a DVD that xage from the DVD Talk Forum is rare. ;D Can someone explain the custom charges for those of you outside of the US receiving packages from the US. I sell on ebay from time to time, and an international buyer got pissed at me for writing the amount he paid for the item+ the shipping in the "Value" box. I had no idea this was an issue, as that's what I do for packages I send domestic.

I was inquiring about this from Bestbuy and happen to be re-directed to their marketing department on what really went with the "4 of 4" Exclusive Bestbuy/Genius/TOPPS/WWE Royal Rumble 2008 offer.. Guess What? The said "exclusive" set has an approximate production run of 1000 and was randomly distributed nationwide. Related post from the previous closed Thread http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showpost.ph...&postcount=699 http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showpost.ph...&postcount=700 It was that so hard.. and the approach here was that the target market was for those who followed the exclusive offer (which started back in Wrestlemania 23[1/4], SummerSlam 2007[2/4], SurvivorSeries 2007[3/4]). And these Bestbuy Marketing research group (to make the matter confusing and complicated) they also made use of the same SKU#8648813 of the regular Rumble and Bestbuy deliberately "DID NOT INCLUDE IT ON THEIR WEEKLY AD". I also read that someone on this board emailed TNA about it and they said they took it off their website and OOP at the moment because they are fixing some sort of technical glitch and once thats settled they will re-release it again. Not sure if thats true. |

I ordered a sealed copy from Wrestling Superstore and was pleased with the service, however they quoted me 10.00 for shipping and then charged me 12.00. I did not notice till I saw the transaction on my credit card statement. The copy I received was sealed and nice and mint as ordered. It seems like Hard Justice 2006, Victory Road 2006, and No Surrender 2006 are becoming tough to find. |
sorry i havent posted in a while... ive had some pc troubles. has the list w/ the spine numbers for WWE dvds been updated recently with the new releases? I tried looking for the post in the prev threads that had it, but was unsuccessful. I may have just missed it though.

Triple H: King of Kings - WWE94662 No Way Out 2008 - WWE94661 |
Thanks everyone. I'm glad to get an answer. I can wait for them to rerelease it. I still have about half a dozen other TNA PPV DVDs to buy first. The help was very much appreciated.
|
I got Victory Road 06 off of replicawrestlingbelts.com earlier for $25 including s/h fees if that helps anyone. The only event they seem to be missing is Global Impact
|
I watched disc 1 of the HHH set last night. Looking at a blurred match that hasn't been released yet, the Mankind match from RAW when he won his 1st title, doesn't it seem like the blurring is much better? Especially the turnbuckles which were brutal. It was much less distracting. Am I dreaming this?

Wrestlingflix wrote the value of $60 on the outside of the box. When customs opened the package they decided that the value of the package was $270CAD(don't know where they get their figures from) and proceeded to charge me 6% in duty ($16.20) and then GST($14.31) and PST($22.90) and a handling charge($5) for a total of $58.41CAD.
Long and short of it, what you write won't matter because if they open it customs will assign their own value to it. You can also challenge the declared value by sending in documented proof of value from Wrestlingflix website. I order from numerous US websites and I have never been hit with duty on any DVD purchases. |
I'm late to the game but can someone post or PM me with a list of Wrestling Steelbooks.
