Lost DVD Glitch

OK, so I did a bit of searching and didn't find anything. SO, the latest DVD release of Lost, I bought and started to play. Now on the third disc, episode nine I think, there is a huge skip at about five minutes in. Anyone else get this? If so, how do we return this? It chops off at least 30 seconds.

nope. didn't have a glitch. check to see if the same thing happens on other players. If it does, then exchange it at the place you bought it.

Take the package and the receipt back to the place of purchase and tell them precisely where the defect is and they SHOULD swap you for a new set - no problems. I occasionally have problems with items I purchase online from Amazon.com and they are VERY GOOD about their exchange policy. I just tell them what the problem is and they send me a new one. I just recently got the newest Harry Potter 2 Disc-Set and it had 2 of Disc 2 in the box and no disc of the movie. I just told them the problem and they shipped me a new one - and seeing as I am in Japan and ordered it from Amazon.com (USA) they didn't even want the old package back due to excessive shipping charges to return it.

is this during the opening credits, the scene with the ping-pong table??

if it is, i got that glitch too. It makes the audio go out of sync. and you miss one of the best Sawyer jokes of the whole season.
