PICTURE SNATCHER with James Cagney.
LADY KILLER with Cagney.
SMART MONEY with Cagney and Edward G. Robinson.
BLACK LEGION with Humphrey Bogart.
THE MAYOR OF HELL with Cagney.
BROTHER ORCHID with Robinson and Bogart.
All include shorts, newsreels, trailers, or cartoons.
I assume WB considers "THE TOUGH GUYS" Colletion as Vol #2.

Sweet set. You can never go wrong with more Cagney. They should have just called Tough Guys set Vol. 2 of Gangster. Obviously if this is Vol. 3 even they consider the TG set Vol. 2.

An interesting set and probably a must buy, if only for the Bogart completists and for the superb Brother Orchid.
However, unlike the first two Gangster collections, this one does not have any original extra content. No commentaries, no new featurettes, only a bunch of archival shorts, cartoons and trailers (see the full list of extras at the link in the original post.) This seems a little churlish on Warner's part as these less recognisizable titles need that extra 'zing' of additional content to win over hesitant potential purchasers.
Nevetheless, an interesting collection of films. Essential, really.
