WEIRD SCIENCE - TV Series is coming to DVD

I loved this show. Far better cast in this than the original movie.
It's coming out January 1, which is a strange date for a DVD release, but what do I know?

I totally forgot about this show! But I remember watching it years ago with my father late at night along with some cartoon called "DUCKMAN" or something like that. I really cannot wait to get my hands on these DVDs. Although, I hope the show holds up better than some from my childhood...

I remember watching these at 7am on USA about 10 years ago. This was a really funny show.

This is fantastic news. I loved this show and this seems like a show that was very unlikely to be released on DVD. Now I think my new most wanted show I want on DVD is The State. I know they are working on it but it's taking forever.

Count me in as another who loved this show. It was on during my early middle school years, and I watched it all the time, so I've been waiting for this announcement for a while. Glad to see they're including S1 and S2. Lee Tergesen owned as Chet, not to take anything away from Paxton, though.

I liked it, not as much as the movie but liked it none the less. My brother for some reason was addicted to this show big time.

All I have to add is...
"I" before "E" except after "C".

"I before e, except after c" is a mnemonic device used to help students remember how to spell certain words in the English language. It means that, in words where i and e fall together, the order is ie, except directly following c, when it is ei. For example:
* ie in words like siege, friend
* ei in words like ceiling, receive
However, in its short form the rule has many common exceptions, such as species, science, sufficient (where ie follows c) or seize, weird, vein and kaleidoscope (where ei is not preceded by c). More exceptions are listed below. Various augmentations to the rhyme have been proposed to handle these exceptions.

A British version is:
when the sound is ee
it's i before e
except after c
