Bottle Rocket Criterion finally confirmed

http://moviesblog.mtv.com/2007/09/27...tment-at-last/

I wonder how much money it took for Sony to finally break?

BTW I started this thread because now it's official and there are probably hundreds of "Bottle Rocket Criterion?" threads out there.

It didn't cost Criterion anything. All they had to do was agree to support Blu-ray exclusively. Expect an announcement soon.

That's probably one of the least of his films, but I might buy it if it's not over $20.

I think it's actually one of his best, although I love all of them. It's the leanest one and I think it runs nice and tight.

I second that. It's his best IMO. Funny as hell and only gets better with repeat viewings. This film proves that sometimes less is more. When I want to watch a Wes Anderson film, most of the time it's Bottle Rocket.

Good news! Now I can complete my Wes Anderson Criterion Collection. Unless of course, The Darjeeling Limited gets the Criterion treatment...

"Did you clean the pool?"

...a floating leaf.

It always makes me laugh. I love this movie.

Thumbs up from me.

I'm soooooooo glad I waited to buy this on DVD. I had a VHS copy that I recently transfered to DVD, but the quality sucks.

House of Games, Breathless and now Bottle Rocket. I love Criterion.

Now if they would only consider putting out Lost Highway.

I can't speak for GoldenJCJ, but I would presume the preceding "Unless of course" indicates no.
