10th Anniversary Edition SE 2-Disc DVD for 2008?

Which of these 1998 films would you most like to see released as a 2-Disc SE 10th Anniversary Edition DVD?

American History X - The one film that has the one scene I still turn my head to this day.

American History X could use a new DVD, although the recent SE for Big Lebowski was seriously lacking anything worth a shit.

American History X is probably more deserving, but since I've never seen it (feel free to flame me, but please be gentle) I chose Pleasantville.

Either of those, the rest have either had recent re-releases or the first editions were pretty good.

I know that'll never happen though.

My vote is for American History X. The other ones that I think deserve a special edition, either already have one or have a pretty loaded regular edition.

I voted Lebowski. The re-release wasn't all that special. Could always used another disc devoted to one of the funniest films ever.

I need an anamorphic (r1) version of Armageddon.

are you kidding me?! all of the titles you've listed have SEs in the market already except American History X which i dunno if it will ever happen...

Home Alone SE was one of the "will never happen cos Fox sucks" titles...well The Thin Red Line be the same? we will see.

I'm hoping for a Baseketball SE. I remember reading that Matt and Trey wanted to do an actor's cut of the movie. Maybe that will happen

I would buy that in a heartbeat, along with the including one of their trademark drunk commentaries.

My vote: Bulworth (very underrated political comedy)
Runner-up: Still Crazy (a new version is needed to replace the current Sony P&S atrocity...fortunately, I have the OOP WS/FS edition)

You can forget Truman show. Paramount released a special collector's edition 1-2 years ago along with Witness. It can now be purchased for as little as $4.99.

American History X is definitely the most deserving. Isn't it a WB release anyway? They've made a habbit of releasing really good 2 Disc SE's of their more successful and acclaimed films as of late, and I'd say American History X falls right in line with their recent patterns.

It's a great film, though not the easiest to watch...not exactly a feel-good film. Overall, I prefer Truman Show and Pleasantville just for their re-watchability factor for me at any given time. However, both of them have decent releases, even if they could be better, and I really wish there were a commentary on Truman Show.

American History X has been one I've been anticipating a good re-release of for a long time now. I'm actually pretty surprised they haven't already done it.

Armageddon...not that it needs more extras, but it would be nice to get an anamorphic release here in region 1.
