Batman on DVD soon?

In England BBC Four has just started to show all 34 episodes of Batman Season 1 (Adam West et al )!! Does this mean they'll be coming out on DVD anytime soon?

It really is such a shame that this wonderfully camp show has never made it to DVD it's something I remember so fondly from my youth!

Cesar Romero The Joker !!

Even with his moustache (which he refused to shave off for the role) intact under white panstick make-up he is ( or was !! ) the Joker for me!!!

Well to generalise the TV shows are far better in Britain - although of course the show we're discussing is hardly great TV it was great fun TV Batman was great camp fun in the days before reality TV showed up!

Well, maybe if we all shout loud enough, somebody in the wretched studios invloved in the non releasing of Batman 1966 - 1969 might listen, and that is worth shouting about!!

Just having watched the first two episodes , with the late Frank Gorshin playing The Riddler , I had forgotten just how much fun the series was!
