Odds of complete sets for WB titles listed?
Hi
There are several WB sets on sale this week for 19.99 Best Buy and Target.
Smallville is on sale . I have the first 4 seasons and am interested in getting season 5 but I think there is a very good chance that it will get a complete set after it is done. Perhaps I should just ebay the sets like am going to do with gilmore girls 1-6.
Nip/Tuck am not sure about it getting a complete set
For the One Tree Hill am thinking the likehood of a complete set is small
Supernatural I probably pick up since I saw about half the first season .

If you already have four seasons of Smallville & you only need to get season 5, I’d just pick up the fifth season DVD because Smallville won’t see a “Complete Series” set until it gets cancelled or ends.
Most of the time TOD “Complete Series” sets don’t have any additional special features & a lot of the time those ‘CS’ sets disc layout is just awful.

The way things have been going lately, I would say there is a good chance that all of them will have complete sets. But, who knows if there will be any savings at all, so I would probably just buy what you want now, and sell later when the completes are announced.

It wouldn't surprise me if they all got a Complete Series set. Especially Smallville.
Now me, I'd personally prefer a Veronica Mars: Complete Series set...

Smallville will get a complete series set without a doubt. I would fully expect a complete series Standard DVD set the xmas after the series finale and an HD/Blu set the follow xmas... The same goes with 'nip/tuck'... its not a matter of "if" but "when"
"One Tree Hill" is a little more questionable, but it seems that all long-running (and this series officially fits the bill now that it will have a 100th episode) get the complete-series box set.
"Supernatural" its too early to tell... they need a fourth season to be sure...

Well I ended up getting Nip/Tuck 3 and Supernatural for $15.99 with a 110% PM at Circuit City.
I actually already had all 3 One Tree Hill seasons
Planing on selling the Smallville sets when I unload the Gilmore Girls
I too would love a Vernorica Mars Complete Set even through I have the other 2 seasons I picked both at $20 or less at one point
