The original UK version of The IT Crowd is being released in R1 on 9/4/07. It seems to have the same features as the R2 release.

Hell yes!

I have the UK disc and really dug the series.

A fave of mine. Have the R2 disc. Lots of funny extras, and the commentaries are as good as the episodes themselves.
