Dr. Giggles re-release ever?

Anyone know if this bad, yet highly entertaining movie will ever be re-released, preferably in widescreen?

It was made by Largo Entertainment. And I guess Warner has the rights to Largo titles now. Warner also issued Unlawful Entry on dvd,when Fox released it previously.
