Odds of a Borat Special Edition?
Has anyone heard any rumblings about a Borat special edition? I'd like to know before I buy it from Best Buy tomorrow.
I know there're plans for a Bruno movie, so I thought maybe there'd be a chance there.

Fox put it out, so it's pretty much guaranteed. Besides, I know for a fact they left off tons of deleted material and there were so many goddamn appearances from him on various shows that some of that footage has to end up on the double dip.

But it's a fox single-discer. Whenever a Bruno flick comes about, it'll be some time. Picking Borat up for ten or less will be a sound investment until the next one comes along; watching it in the meantime will be worth the few bucks.

id wait if i were you, murphy's law is the second you buy it the "super, mega, ultimate, collectors what the fuck" edition will be annonced.
that and x-men 3 are two movies im waiting on at the moment.

I'm positive Fox will release a 2-disc very soon, so I have been holding off myself. If it's going on sale already, it will be on sale again soon too, so I wouldn't be in any big rush either.

I'd expect an Unrated 2-discer with some actual behind-the-scenes footage and perhaps even a commentary by Larry Charles and Sacha Baron Cohen. Although he rarely does stuff out of character, I wouldn't rule it out. Also perhaps a bonus movie out of the deleted scenes.
