TMNT: Old School S4 and 5

Do you think these sets are worth buying if I've never seen them before?
The only episodes I've seen (prior to getting the uncensored DVDs), being from the UK are S1, 2 and 3 of the 80's series (censored), and 1 or 2 S4 episodes when I was in the States some years ago. So I've never really seen anything beyond S3. Is S4 much the same?
Its wierd how "Volume 6" has 1 episode from S4 on it (I'd never seen it).

You know, beyond volume 1 (and possibly 2), the original TMNT cartoon series never made it's way to Canada, at least that I know of. I've checked all the major B&M stores but never found them. I always wondered why because I used to love this show.

Weird... I'm from the UK and I'm sure I remember seeing the Dregg episodes (from the very end of the series). This was on Fox Kids though, so maybe they only showed part of the series on terrestrial? Or I'm just going mad!

You may be right Phil, the only episodes I remember being shown on terrestrial when I was a lad, and THE DJ KAT SHOW on SKY 1 were the first 3 seasons or thereabouts however by the time S10 came round (the Dregg episodes) I was probably too old for them Also in 1996 we hadn't got cable TV then in our house.

i love TMNT. But my grown up eyes get tired of these episodes much quicker than they did when i was a small child.

Wow, I'd almost forgotten that existed. My brother joined the fan club.

I did find some of the episodes too goofy for their own good at times I admit.
