Well, I might be wrong, but I think Mad Max is an MGM release, where as The Road Warrior and Beyond Thunderdome are both Warner Bros. As a result, I'm not sure we'd see a box set of all movies.

I have the R4 set and it is little more than a re-package of the discs already available there, although Road Warrior and Thunderdome have new disc art.
Speaking of Mad Max, is there ANY word of when we might see the long overdue SE for Road Warrior, or should we all just give up hope.

There is an R2 box set, but it's nothing special, just the standard versions of all 3 movies packaged together.
Yeah, we really need that Mad Max 2 SE - without a doubt the best of the 3 films and some background on how some of those very dangerous looking stunts were done would be fascinating.
