Yeah I remember Al waking up mid season and the whole "seven" storyline was just a dream.

Nope, that was Peggy and Marcy being pregnant in the last season due to Katey Segal's miscarriage. Seven was just dropped and never acknowledged other than a few throwaway jokes a couple of years down the line (sowing his picture on a milk carton as missing and seeing him leave Kelly's brain as it empties due to new information being put into it).

I gave up collecting this series after I found out Sony was using the syndicated (ie:edited) episodes. Is this still true? Too bad because it is a funny show...

This only happened once, on Season Four, and it was only on about six or seven of the episodes on the set. The R2 set has the full episodes but the ones in question on the R2 set have some kind of speed/sound problem.

Very nice.

BTW, does every season subsequent to S2 have the generic opening theme song? I ask because I've only obtained seasons 1 & 2 so far.

It's a solid set, especially considering the flack this season gets for Seven.

Why doesn't this thread come up on search?
Is it because it says MarriedWithChildren-the in the subject?

It probably recognizes Children-the as one word since it's not seperated at all. It's like when people type the subject as "Married With Children" with quotes around it, it won't come up in a search because of the quotes.

For once I envy the Germans. Hopefully we'll eventually get them all in R1, if not, I'll buy the German sets.

Eww, the seven season.

I'll be passing on this one. This show started to take a tumble after Season 5 imo.

There are a few episodes I like on Season 7, but not enough to purchase. I'll Netflix for the specifics.
