For a Few Dollars More 2-disc CE glitch...??

I got around to watching this last night and noticed that between chapter 17 and 18 there seems to be a slight pause/delay when changing chapters. It occurs right after Eastwood says "If thier's going to be shooting, I'm gonna need my rest." then he walks away. I rewatched the part again just to be sure and another pause occured. It's not that big of a deal, but I was just wondering if this has happened to anybody else? Thanks.

Could it be the layer change?

In the commentary, Frayling says that's where the intermission was inserted which explains why both the sound and picture suddenly fades.

This is the layer change/intermission for sure and it must be an extremely long and clumsy one as I noticed it on my Denon 2910 which has a buffer. Your receiver display will likely blink as it will loose it's lock on the audio signal for a second or so.

It was also pretty damn early for a theatrical intermission for a movie that isn't even long in the first place!

I always thought that was an odd transition, as though a scene was missing.
