Amazon or ebay wuld be your best bet. Just looked on Amazon Marketplace, theres some good deals to be had there, as long as you dont mind that the DVD is used.

Keep an eye out. It might be a good idea to pick up a used one since there's reportedly some issues with the first DTS pressing. If you locate the proper pressing, it's got a bit more punch than the standard collector's edition. There's specific disc numbering for the corrected version, but I cannot recall those numbers.

Taken from dvdcompare.net:
GENERAL NOTES:
First pressings of the R1 DTS DVD version of Jurassic Park featured a defective 5.1 audio track. Universal has corrected sound and re-pressed the disc. The new pressing of this disc is now starting to appear in stores.
Unfortunately, there is no way to identify the new disc from its packaging alone. THE ONLY SURE WAY TO IDENTIFY THE FIXED VERSION IS BY THE NUMBERS ON THE INSIDE RING OF THE ACTUAL DISC. The FIXED disc will read: PEMC-D2R2. The earlier defective pressings should read either PEMC-D2R0 or PEMC-D2R1.

I thought that one way to check to see if you had a corrected disc was if it has a red technical specs grid on the back of the case, as opposed to black. Mine has a red grid and sounds fine (plenty of bass).

It is a Collector's Edition, and has the referenced "Red Grid Spec-Box" on the back cover.
Neither of the specified markings (ie: PEMC-D2R2) appear anywhere in the "hub" area, or elsewhere on the media or case.
However, it contains both DD & DTS tracks.
The DTS track is jaw-dropping with gut-humming bass.
