Lost in Translation and Groundhog Day. Two of my favourite movies. May be Tootsie if he's willing to do more.

If you are the common-man, do Ghostbusters, Stripes or Caddyshack

If you like all those independent movies, do whatever they are

(i obviously have no taste in movies, i like "famous" ones)

I say take them all and let Bill decide which one he wants to sign.

if you do that, his first impression seeing all the DVDs would be that he has 10 autographs to sign and that you are probably gonna sell them...Just bring one.

But, let's be honest, it doesn't really matter what DVD he is signing...if he signed a McDonald's Big Mac box I would be happy and would show it off to anyone....

g/l and put a scan on here!

I think he flaked on coming in today as its 3pm EST, which doesn't surprise me. But, I got 3 weeks so it will happen.

If he signs "Stripes" ask him to autograph it "Dear Sammy, get well soon."

What, no love for "Ed Wood"?

I had this very same decision a few years ago. Bill was going to appear at a Q&A in Manhattan and I had to decide which DVD/ DVDs for him to sign if I ever got the chance to meet him. I chose Rushmore because there isn't going to be a better version of that on DVD since it's a Criterion. I would have brought What About Bob? but it's non-anamorphic and there's bound to be a better version released one of these days and I'd hate to be left with an inferior version that was signed.
Long story short, I went with Rushmore and Groundhog Day and he is the most gracious, intelligent and funny guy!

1st choice - Groundhog Day
2nd choice - Caddy Shack
3rd choice - Lost in Translation

Are you positive its that Bill Murray? And not just another Bill Murray?

So, how much does he have in his bank account? What's he coming in the bank for?

Nephew: Hey Uncle Bill, check out what my friend forwarded to me. He saw this on some DVD site.

Bill Murray: Yeah, what is it?

Nephew: Apparently some guy, that works at your bank, has polled everyone on the Internet as to what DVD you should sign.

Bill Murrray: Little do they know that I'll only sign my favorite DVD.... Good Burger. I don't need this hassle - from now on I'll be banking online.

Groundhog day, I would have him sign it over and over again.

I wholeheartedly agree. And it's one of his best performances.

The other answer:

Have him sign your favorite and don't sell it- keep it for the sentimental value.

I'd probably have him sign GROUNDHOG DAY, but I'd be really curious to see what would happen if someone asked him to sign CHARLIE'S ANGELS.

My all time favorite....Meatballs! I completely missed out on the original release (glad I did in retrospect). However, I've only had one book signed in my life, but never a DVD.

id rush out and buy KINGPIN! Greatest combover ever!

But from your list, Groundhog day or Ghostbusters. Lost in translation is not a bad movie, but really overrated. Groundhog and Ghostbusters will be the flicks he is remembered for.
