Actually, I thought they'd get this cranked out by June... It's not like it had any chance theatrically...

yeah, I am sure this will do better on DVD than in the theaters. My wife and I went, but I think we were about it. The theater, on Saturday of release, at 5:45 showing had 6 people attending.

None of our theaters even showed the movie, so I'll give this a rent... maybe a buy.

We just don't get to the theaters very often anymore, we'll definitely be picking this DVD up.

I saw this twice in theaters. If you are a fan of the show, you should give the movie a shot.

That's probably because it's not out until June.

I was so desperate to see this, and not a single theatre here in town carried it.

August is far too long to have to wait.

Was lucky enough to see this in the theaters...had a blast. A must see for a fan of the series, and the DVD looks like it's going to be packed too!

I'd also like an answer to this.

If it's First Look, they recently announced HD DVD support... so we may be seeing Master Shake in 1080 glory soon.

Eh, perhaps I should have clarified. I live in East Cleveland. Unless the PD's been lying to me, it hasn't been at the Barrington in Aurora, the Chagrin 14, Solon 16, Macedonia or Twinsburg theaters.

I've also been avoiding the theater and waiting for the DVD on a lot of movies. Not that our local Epic theater is a bad experience, I really like the stadium style seats for instance, nobody's head is ever in my way anymore and people here are courteous, so I don't have complaints about rude people talking and making noise either. But even at the matinee price of $6, it's often cheaper to buy the DVD forever than take a family of four out to see it once. I'll add this DVD to my list to get and not see in theaters (just home theater), along with Ghost Rider, Pick of Destiny, Borat, etc. etc.
