Get Smart...Which episodes/seasons do I start with?

I just ordered the set with limited familiarity with the show. With 138 episodes, should I just watch them in order, or are there certain episodes that are so good, they should be watched right away? Is one season so much better than the others? Any opinions would be appreciated.

If you've purchased the entire set, wouldn't it make sense to start at the beginning?

It's been a very long time since I've watched it - but I recall the last season being not very good.

Hey. When I read a book should I start on page 1? Perhaps page 86? Maybe page 218? What do you think?

I don't believe a sitcom which has a new story every week is the same as a book which is usually a single story.

In general, the order doesn't matter except for things like the first time Max meets Hymie, the marraige and the kids. Season 1-3 have to come before 4, and 5 has to be last.

The earlier shows are the better ones. As wannabe stated the last season wasn't that good. That's why i'm buying theese seasons individually and won't get the whole set.

Starting from the beginning is your best choice in my opinon. Watching random episode is stupid when you have the whole set. Get Smart is a triffic show and exept for the 5th season which saw a decline in quality but still a good watch.
I think i'll order the set even through im a bitch about giving credit card info.

I take it your not a completest like i am when it comes to TV ON DVD sets.
