I use DVDaficionado for my listing needs for both online and off. I have a binder where I have in plastic sleeves as dividers, tabs for every letter of the alphabet. I print my collection per letter as I get new DVD's via the PDA helper where it shows just a list of your titles in a printable form. So I have a nice catalogue online and off.
