"Catch Me If You Can" version differences?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can't figure this out. What is the difference between these two versions of "CMIYC."

They both seem to be widescreen and 2-disc, I can't figure it out, and it makes me skeptic about ordering the cheaper one:

Looks like the cheaper one is just a studio re-release with a lower retail price (and thus lower price from DD). Same DVD and features, the cheaper one comes out on 4/24.

Oh, DreamWorks catalog shifted from Universal to Paramount. That's probably the only difference.
