Warner is releasing four cult classics collections which might get some limited attention. So, it might be easy to overlook that Zero Hour! is included on the Terrorized Travelers collection. Any Airplane! fan will appreciate the chance to see the movie that inspired AZ&Z to create their comedy classic.

I am all over this.

Despite the fact that I have owned a boot of Zero Hour for a few years now, I will still pick it up as I love disater films, and it would be nice to have a proper dvd of Zero Hour (Sterling Haden is classic in this).

It's about time! I've been wanting to see it and have been looking around for it for years unsuccessfully. (I even remember checking TCM's schedule once and kicking myself because I discovered that I missed it on that channel less than a week earlier. And although TCM repeats most movies over time, they've never shown it again.)

However, it should have been included with "Airplane!"

Found out that all of the films in the Cult Classics packages will be sold individually as well. Amazon prices for the sets are $20.99 and individuals are $13.49.

I had wondered why it wasn't included in the Airplane! SE release a couple years ago. Now it makes sense - Zero Hero! is apparently owned by Warner (who is releasing it), Airplane! is owned by Paramount. I was always under the impression that Paramount owned ZH.

I'm looking forward to this release. I've never seen ZH (except for some clips), but I've wanted to for a while. Looks like I'll be having a ZH/Airplane! double feature in June.

I saw this in the theater when it first came out. I was 10. It was actually my favorite movie for awhile.

I'm sure if I saw it now I'd think it was terrible.

I have to get it.
