'Santo Domingo Blues' - Highly recommended!!
Saw this a couple of summers back at the AFI SilverDoc Documentary Film festival and was wowed.

the music obviousily is the subject matter and literal heartbeat of the film, the audience (and I) literally danced out of the auditorium.
