Question about a defective New Line DVD
Just purchased the Harold Lloyd DVD at Costco. It is awesome! However, a disc in the first volume was defective on both sides and I wanted to replace this disk. I've emails New Line three times with no response and the website does not have a phone number that I could locate. Has anyone had any similar experience or problems with New Line or know or a way to get them to at least respond to me.
Thanks

Not sure what email address for them you have but just in case it is different, I found this information:

Q: I did not buy my dvd at the New Line Studio Store, but it is defective.
A: Please contact [email protected] if you purchased a defective video or DVD at any shop other than our online studio store and send them the following information:
name
email
shipping address
phone
confirmation of the exact disk you need (to help lessen any confusion)
type and model of dvd player you are using (in case there's a compatibility issue)
Hopefully you will get a reply.

Yeah. Sent them an email almost a week ago and no response. Maybe WB would help on that since they own New Line and sell the box and their site.

Yeah, but like I said, I don't believe it's in stock at this point and I've had purchases from WB that allowed me to return the disk with no problem. New Line is just being a lazy bastard with the emails. It is just one disk in the entire collection.
