Is this still coming? I have searched for it in almost all dvd online retailers and none of them have it for pre-order.

Well, it is still two months away, but that's odd. Hope it's not a no-show like The Usual Suspects 2-discer. I'm still waiting for that...

I hope they release it. I already sold off my Porky's 1/2 flipper.

Same here. Sold my Porky's 1/2 flipper and Porky's Revenge VHS last month in hopes of these.

I'm planning on selling it if the Collection gets released, but as of 3.12.07 there is no sighting of a pre-order for Porky's 1, 2 or 3.

i have a feeling the box set will be a hard find in retail outlets, just like the nerds collection. i spent all day driving allover LA county trying to locate that set, everyone had plenty of the first movie special edition discs but no one had, the box set, even higher priced outlets such as virgin and barnes and noble. it wasnt till i went by Ameoba records in hollywood one last time at 10:30pm that night i found a nicely priced 17.99 copy of the set and it was the only one they had so i snatched it up.

on a side note i really wish they would have used the box art from the other regions for the boxset cause it looked so much cooler than what we got.

That news doesn't bode well for region 1 (but I hope I'm wrong).

Hopefully Porky's Revenge isn't the awful less-than-VHS transfer that the Canadian release from a few months ago suffered from. Thankfully that was from another studio, so I'm hoping everything here is new. I'm really glad I didn't pick up that Canadian set.

Considering anamorphic transfers already exist and have been released for the first two films, I'm betting good money Fox will include an anamorphic transfer for Porky's Revenge.

The boxset looks sweet! I'll be trading in my flipper at Blockbuster and be grabbing this. I know Porkys Revenge was remastered in HD too...

Has anyone found out the specs for the ultimate collection yet? With less than 3 weeks to go before street date, I haven't found them anywhere. It's funny that the Darkman trilogy, which doesn't come out until 8/7, already has specs on DD.

YES, the Porky's box set does have a lenticular cover on the box. Porky's 2 and 3 are bare bones editions which sucks....

Yup, picked up my Ultimate Collection this morning at Wal-Mart.

Yes...Surprise Surprise Walmart had the set, my local Wally World was charging 24.87 for the set, NOT cheap at all since the retail price is $30.....
