Battle of Britain
I was disappointed to read the reviews on Amazon U.S. about the Battle of Britain DVD concerning some alterations from the original (some changes to subtitles, Churchill's quote, substituted music, etc.). What's not clear is whether those changes apply to the U.S. 2-disc CE edition as well. Anyone know?
Also, I visited Amazon U.K. to check on the U.K. version (I have a region-free, PAL-NTSC player), but see no mention of alterations to the movie. Is the U.K. version unaltered?
TIA,
Eben

Amazon is full of comments from people speaking from a position of ignorance. The DVD includes a separate audio track containing an alternative music score, not a substitute, of William Walton's music which was largely replaced from the theatrical version. Other changes, such as Churchill's speech have been corrected because the previous versions were incorrect.

R2 is getting Battle of Britain: The Definitive Edition in March, but no details as to content.
